For many in the Jewish world participation in a synagogue community has become a chore. People come because of some sense of guilt or unquestioned obligation. We are here to say that Jewish spiritual community does not need to be this way. 

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a new experimental form of Jewish community in which it is a joy to participate. People come to Shtiebel for the toe-tapping music, for the delectable gourmet food, for the stimulating philosophical discussion, for inspiration, for inner transformation, for games and community. But above all people come to Shtiebel because it is a fun place to be! 

Shtiebel draws on the depth and breadth of Jewish culture to create an altogether unique experience which will transform and inspire.
